SPECIAL EVENTS: WEDDINGS

Our area of operation is the Hawkesbury River, just under one hours drive north of Sydney. This is a very beautiful river which is in the middle of a national park. Our cruises depart at Kangaroo Point Cruise Terminal near the Hawkesbury River Road Bridge, and has ample parking for cars & coaches.

The M.V. Bay Runner is ideal for wedding receptions as it has a survey for 160 persons but is most suited for groups of between 50 to 120. Prices vary a great deal & depends on what type of catering is required ( food/ alcohol ) . As a rough guide line the basic reception cruises are of 4 hour duration at a cost of $1600-00. Catering requirements are additional and are costed per person. This can range from the basic Chicken / salad, with pavlova at $11-00pp up.

Our vessel is equipped with a 6 stack CD player & a very good range of music, this does keep the cost down considerably & you are most welcome to supply your own music in CD/tapes or live, we can also arrange DJs, the choice is yours. We have ample 240 volt power supply available. Other features include 3 domestic type toilets / large upper deck / large front & back decks. Seating at tables or open plan area allows for dancing.
